Shea Zéphir is a dance educator, movement coach, performing artist, and founder of The Movement Haus, a dance education, movement coaching, and wellness company rooted in the belief that movement is medicine, culture, joy, and connection.
Trained for 17 years at Harlem School of the Arts in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and West African dance, Shea brings a unique blend of technique, rhythm, cultural expression, and embodied wellness to her work.
