Adult Acting & Improv at George Street Playhouse | Begins September 21st
An adult arts education class offered by George Street Playhouse at the Arts Institute of Middlesex County. No experience required.
Whether you’re new to the stage or returning after years away, Adult Acting & Improv is designed for people who want to build real skills in a warm, low-pressure environment. Over ten weeks, students explore the fundamentals of acting and improvisation through hands-on exercises, scene work, and collaborative play — no prior experience necessary.
Expect to laugh, take risks, and leave each week having connected with people who share your curiosity.
Led by actor Antu Yacob, this class is ideal for anyone looking to build confidence, sharpen improvisational thinking, and enjoy a genuinely social creative outlet.
The fall Session begins September 21 and ends November 23, 2026, on Mondays, 6 PM to 8 PM (10 sessions).
Tuition price is $499.
